A Pirates Life for Me – New Silver Shatter from OPI

In celebration of the much-anticipated release of the 4th installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies “On Stranger Tides” on May 20th, OPI has brought us 6 brand new pirate-inspired shades and the introduction of the brand new silver Shatter Polish!

 

As shown in the image to the right the shades names are as follows (left to right) – Silver Shatter Top Coat,  Skull and Glossbones (a really cool muddy gray shade), Planks A Lot (a light purple shade), Steady as She Rose (a light lavender/rose shade), Stranger Tides (an ultra chic putty greenish-grey shade), Sparrow Me The Drama (a teasing deep pink shade), and the much anticipated and VERY popular Mermaid’s Tears ( a really dramatic minty, sea foam green shade).

As with the Black Shatter polish, application is the same for the Silver Shatter – however, as always recommended with a glitter shade application, a few layers may be required. Mix several shades together and create cool nail patterns and top with silver Shatter for different looks.
